Description: Structural Assessment, lateral analysis, remediation and rehab design. Structure consisted of 11 story cast-in place flat plate construction, built in 1975. Renovation included concrete balcony addition, new canopies, and openings to existing shearwalls. Remediation included repair of spalling concrete columns, reinforcing repair/replacement, and analysis and repair of cracked spandrell beams.
