Description: One story, brick clad, 2,150 sq ft boiler building with vent stacks on 4 corners. The structure consists of 3” cellular roof deck on steel beams that bear on CMU shearwalls, cast-in-place retaining walls, and strip footings. Decorative, brick clad, site walls were also part of this contract.
